A 36′ wide stained glass mosaic on a public elementary school wall in Sunland, CA. Created, sponsored and installed by over 75 members of the school community. The piece was created to commemorate a Special Education teacher who sadly passed away before his time. His committed work reflected the idea that just as every flower is revered for its singular self this esteem can be extended to every student to realize and develop their unique gifts as individuals.

This project was sponsored by The Home Depot, Orchard Supply Hardware, LA City Council Member Felipe Fuentes, LAUSD Board Member Monica Ratliff, the Sunland Elementary PTA and it was officially endorsed by CA State Assembly Member Patty López.
