Zoe Mosaics Shop

This class incorporates both mosaic making and fusing to create glass mosaic artworks that include fused elements. Students will participate in creativity building exercises that inspire an openness to the subconscious flow state and then use that capability to make their artworks. Students will have total freedom in choosing their desired colors, shape, flow, andamento and theme.

Students will be working from a sketch-based template format with an emphasis on working intuitively and learning to access the deeply calm and alert right brain space that processes images over words and enjoys a heartfelt relationship with color. It’s about accessing the creation process from within the body and separate from the overburdened, overthinking mind. It often feels uplifting and joyous and makes for interesting, often surprising artwork.
